Our Story
P1 Baseball is a biproduct of two men that love the game of baseball and more importantly the players that play it. P1 stands for Players 1st and that is what they believe in.
Going back to 2005 Scott and Van started coaching High School baseball together at Randleman High School and later at the a Charter Academy in Asheboro, NC. Ever since than the dedication to young men and helping them succeed to be better baseball players has been a life long goal, not only helping young men become better baseball players but also helping them become great people, husbands and fathers. Over the last 20 years these men have won multiple state titles in the NCHSAA and multiple world championships with the South Charlotte Panthers. They have helped hundreds of players achieve their goal of playing at the next level.
Both men continue to work with the South Charlotte Panthers one of the most prestigious travel ball organization across the United States. With teams nationally ranked in all ages classes. They manage over 280 players in the Panthers organization. Scott continues to coach High School baseball as well as he is the Head Coach at North Stanly High School.
